Shipping policy
Shipping countries
We ship orders to Finland and to almost every country in the world. We do not ship to sanctioned countries (Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba). Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, you will see whether we ship to your country and what delivery costs.
Shipping methods and costs
We use several carriers, such as Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, GLS and UPS. For each country we use the most affordable delivery option, and you can see the options for your country at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the shipping method you choose, and you see them before you pay.
Delivery times
- Finland: usually 1–3 working days.
- Other countries: delivery time varies by country and carrier. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email right after placing your order. When your order has shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking details for your parcel.
Customs and taxes
Deliveries outside the EU: The shipping fee shown covers postage only. Customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT) and any customs clearance fees in the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient. The courier or postal service usually collects them on delivery. Please check the charges with your local customs before ordering. If a parcel is returned because customs charges were not paid, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
