Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive / Finnish Consumer Protection Act).
How to make a cancellation:
Fill in the contact form below and provide:
- Your order number
- The product to be cancelled
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Returns and refunds:
Return the product in its original packaging within 14 days of the cancellation notification. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
