Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A consumer customer has the right to cancel an order placed in an online store within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The right of cancellation only applies to consumer customers, not business customers.

2. Cancellation notice

Cancellation notice must be made in writing by email to info@rmgear.fi. The notice must state:

  • Order number
  • Returnable products
  • Account number for refund

3. Product return

The product must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice. The product must be returned:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and ready for sale
  • With all included accessories and instructions

4. Return costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

5. Refund

We will refund the product price and original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return and inspecting the product's condition.

The refund will be paid using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products according to the customer's wishes
  • Products opened for hygiene or health reasons
  • Sealed products that have been opened

7. Defective or incorrect product

If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will replace or refund the defective product and the costs of returning it.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, but no later than 2 years after receiving the product.

8. Exchange

We do not do direct product exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, please return it and order a new product separately from our online store.

9. Warranty - 2 years

All of our RM Gear products come with a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers:

  • Material and manufacturing defects
  • Defects that occur during normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or careless handling
  • Changes or repairs made by the customer
  • Damage caused by accidents or external factors

Warranty matters are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service for warranty matters.

12. Changes to return terms

We reserve the right to change our return policy. Changes will be effective when they are published on our website. Returns will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of order.
